MeetingOne offers many different ways to connect to your conference internationally. These convenient dialing options allow you to control your conferencing costs as well as provide access options for your participants across the globe.
Participants from various international locations can dial into their US hosted conference using an international local access number in their home country. International local access numbers cover 40+ countries throughout Europe and the Asia Pacific area. The meeting host would incur international local access dial in charges, while participants would incur costs imposed by their service plan for placing the call.
When the Host or participants are outside of the US:
Step 1: Dial the local international access number of the country you are calling from. International local access numbers for various countries are available online using the below button.
Step 2: Dial your Room Number # (Note: if using a US toll free audio conference room, the room number is the same as the toll free number.)
Step 3: Follow additional prompts as usual.
Example: Mr. Smith has a US conference room number 866-123-1234. He arrived in France and needs to hold a conference call. He wants to use the French toll local access number.
Host, Mr. Smith, in France will dial:
0179975060 (French toll local access number)
Then: 8661231234#
Then: PIN#
Participants from the US will simply dial his US room number:
866-123-1234
Participants from Belgium will dial:
028080985 (Belgium toll local access number)
Then: 8661231234#
The meeting host can dial out to international participants and bring them into the conference call. The meeting host would incur international dial out charges, while participants would incur costs imposed by their service plan for accepting the call. Please contact MeetingOne customer service to arrange for this option.

If the host or participants are outside of the US, the host can arrange ahead of time to dial out to participants anywhere in the world. This can be done via Connect, Click&Meet, or phone key pad entry. This is a popular choice if the desired country is NOT found on the International Local Access Number list.

Participants can access the conference call by dialing a toll-free number in their home country. The meeting host would incur international toll-free charges, while participants would incur costs imposed by their service plan for placing the call.

If the host or participants are outside of the US, a toll-free number may be available in their home country. Hosts need to contact MeetingOne customer service for our current International Toll-Free offering and pricing.
International participants can dial a US local access number and incur their own long distance charges. The meeting host pays the same per minute domestic conferencing rate for all participants, while the participant would incur charges imposed by their service plan for placing the call.
When the Host or participants are outside of the US:
Step 1: Dial the selected US local access number. Available US local access numbers are available online using the below button.
Step 2: Dial your Room Number # (Note: if using a US toll free audio conference room, the room number is the same as the toll free number.)
Step 3: Follow additional prompts as usual
Example:
Mr. Smith has a US conference room number 866-123-1234. He arrived in France and needs to hold a conference call. He wants to use the US local access number for Atlanta, Georgia.
Host, Mr. Smith, in France will dial:
00 1 678 954 0521 (Atlanta’s local access number)
Then: 8661231234#
Then: PIN#
Participants from the US will simply dial his US room number:
866-123-1234
Participants from outside of the US could either dial into the Atlanta local access number or could dial into the Belgium international local access number:
